As the SPP hasnt been fully subscribed and there is a shortfall ,even after the directors kicked the tin, would it be a waste of time to offer to give cash to the company in exchange for shares or is that illegal?
Ive got $250K that I'd rather give to the company rather than use to accumulate on the market.
