As a development stage biotech the answer to this question is simple:
The value of PYC is in it's ability to raise capital (against the underlying "value" of it's technology).
All existing PYC assets are in fact liabilities, in a financial sense. This is because money will need to be spent to perfect frameworks or identify lead compounds or take promising leads to pre-IND. If PYC can do this (as the current busines model implies) through harnessing the financial resources of large drug companies - this would be a wonderful thing. However, at this stage we may be close - but we are not there yet.
Those on the thread highlighting the "value" of the technology are doing us all a favour. This "value" factor underpins all future value (because it creates a market for the equity that is required to continue development).
