Scoob, just as we have been waiting for the 3D data so to in effect have been the independent assessors. So its not that its not been done but must wait until Eni/Neon have completed their analysis before handing over to the likes of Netherlands.
As I understand it NSA worked very closely with Neon while the 2D was processed. I imagine the same is happening though with Eni now operator there may be different protocols.
Block 120 data was received earliest so in theory we should hear more on that very soon.
Note because of the location and geology of the two blocks 120 and 105 are totally independent of each other.
