I wish to know why ex-director Chandler was allowed to accept 5.25mill performance rights which he converted into shares when he retired in Sept 2012 when NONE of the performance indicators were actually met. Does this set a precedent for directors "retiring" prior to their performance shares becoming void when the company doesn't meet their targets however they can still receive millions of SEH shares at no cost?
