The announcement clearly states that other parties are currently undertaking dd and the process will take about 4weeks.Also CFC will offer minimum 35c if they go ahead.This sell down could be for 2 reasons.1)Massive accumulation.2)Keep other offers as close to 35c as possible.A combination of these 2 is the reason.IMO.(I hope)
