Not sure but maybe they implied MT survey started when they said men on the ground. I suspect they are working atm and HRL are also working on a capital raising..........no doubt they will require funds very soon. Not sure what form this will take. Maybe a cornerstone investor, maybe Share holders but either way we will be in for some dillution. Would be nice to get an update at least.
