Thanks Bardot seen it on the AFR website: Aspen Group has done little to hose down speculation that it is considering spinning out its holiday park fund as part of wider plans to wind up the property company.
Not a subscriber so dont know if there is more to it i flicked throught the AFR paper today but didnt come across anything.
Anybody know if they were to wind up the company what usually happens in this situation do the shareholders get anywhere close to the NTA figure? Pretty bad investment from the start for me ive been in this since it first listed. That trading halt this morning seemed like a complete waste of time and we are still in the dark. Management sucked in the beginning and they seem to be keeping up the tradition.
