    Having worked my way through 271 pages, you have to ask yourself - is this a Masterstroke, or a Maelstrom ?
    I will be repositioning my holding in the ensuing months to accumulate all I can on any weakness in price.
    My congratulations to the board, this is very much an accretive move that rarely markets offer up.
