soho. the answer is simple. mitta and funcky - they can only make best guesses and nothing is certain - like the majority of us.
I mean every man and his dog can see LYC testing 0.60 and failing to rise above 0.63, and it does not take much to take a guess that it will go below 0.60.
Iluka was testing 11.3. it was clear the moment that was breached, it would rise much more. does not take a guru to see that.
