The money is spent but per the snnouncement the resolution has been withdrawn.
I would not consider the money wasted though as it is highly likely that Tillbrook's move has forced the company to engage in some badly needed succession planning and a commitment to follow through. DH is better than some of the bad things that have been said in here about him but it's time for new leadership and this is the right outcome.
