    re: +++ puntland +++ Well Dr Ali Abdullahi M Barkadle was one of the 20 other bidders for the puntland deal and missed out he was trying to broker a deal for the Swedish oil company Lundin Petroleum.

    Sounds like sour grapes to me.

    Also he was a past presidnetial candidate and missed out......So he's stuck in melbourne with only a consulting job and no pie to put his fingers in.
