Presto I am not saying half cash. UNV is using their cash to bring this into production. Even thought they are doing a great job they will use up most of their cash at sometime.

UNV might reduce their cash to $8 million which is around 2.5 cents per share backing. At this level their should be some speculative value in the stock with $9 million market cap.

The share price will not move until they start mining and pay off some debt. Hypotheticals don't work well in a (bear market.
