As a payment strategy I quite like it:
- Keep the brokers interested for a year rather than a short time frame
- Bit of promotion to their clients hopefully
- and they will certainly be keen to drive up the price as much as they can.....
...or they may well strike early and settle for a quick return!
I think the nature of the MOU, country of partner and developments from there will weigh much more heavily on the price in a years time.
Anyway interesting times ahead, month end is ever closer!!
