The US requires all stock options to be accounted in a certain way. So even if none have been earns or issued this article made out they were granted on day one.

All the shares for staff options have performance hurdles. Reach $1bn in market cap get this, sign a 200m deal get that..... Personally if the reach the goals they are welcome to the shares.

I reality our top two officers in the company have been buying million dollars in our shares with their own money. What better sign is there, they are way down on that investment but you can be sure they are aligned with our interests to get the price back up.

It's typical of the incompetent coverage in this country of stocks.
