Birdmann - I have come out of hibernation just to set you straight sport and the turkey who wrote the crap article.

Years ago Alan was to be given a set of bonus shares IF the share price of UNI hit targets like $2.20, $3.30, $6.60. If memory is right about 2m each time it hit the targets. The share price never hit these levels. The bonuses were then re-packaged so that he got them all in one hit. Whether shareholders like it or not, that is what happened.

IF the turkey who wrote the article had bothered to look up an Annual Report he would have seen that Alan receives approx $600K + an upto 50% cash bonus. He get shares for reacting certain targets on contracts etc.

Now if you are going to bring up this muck again do you own research first.
