I know some ppl who pyramid but they have a strict plan and they pyramid up and down. Def no averaging down and praying.
I think averaging up makes the most sense and its what i personally do. The first buy in contains the most risk so thats the smallest parcel/ I also use a strict stop for that then a trailing stop for then on in. In my view risk management is the key to success. Most ppl learn the hard way (i did)
