You only have to travel on another airline to know why the SP is falling. Like the SP, Customer Service and attitude to providing Excellence is matching the fall.
I was disgusted with the recent service on a Qan flight and advised in writing only to be fobbed off with a feeble excuse and please continue flying with us. No apology.

In recent months I have been doing a lot of air travelling and other airlines are offering a better in flight service.
But you must be careful who you do choose. The only hassle I have is all the waiting around to board a plane. Qantas food appalling. I now fly Thai.

It is so very clear that staff moral is at zero. Never again will I travel with Qantas nor do many of the people I mix with. When I suggest to try another company they never travel again with Qantas.

I sold my shares with glee after the recent rise and so happy that I got top price for them. 70% profit is a miracle and another holiday.
