The Chinese want to keep their monopoly and will lower the price to try and smash the company. I hope the Japanese and others pay higher prices to LYC so that at least they know that their supply will be consistent an secure. If I was the Japanese I would pay a premium instead of paying something a little less to my "enemy" so to speak. JMO
