    Quasar I wouldn't disagree with your sentiment that RGM is very frustrated with RMR for not fulfilling their side of the deal.

    Having said that I don't think you can say the deal is dead because RGM is behind the scenes trying to get things moving and have been presenting to institutions etc in the last couple of weeks and Andrew Bell was very specific in a recent interview where he said they would be appointing a second director "shortly" at RMR and would end up with 37% of RMR.
