Some questions.
Just wondering if investors expect delays in the asset sales, if this issue with Brockman goes to arbitration?
I would expect that FMG would like any differences to be resolved quickly.
Have FMG resolved disputes quickly in the past, or do their legal teams draw things out?
Also, if there are significant delays, would that affect the terms of the asset sales? (Based on the general bearish sentiment on Iron Ore in the second half).
Thanks.
