I changed to Youi 2 years ago house and two vehicles and have not had to make a claim but so far have found them extremely efficient - particularly with renewals.
They asked many questions before quoting, particularly regarding our house - location, trees, near school, level of occupancy, etc and that was impressive. They also reduced my wife's car insurance quote by asking me to confirm her points which I had said was 3 and it turned out she was zero.
