First we had a proposed sale at $800k (which did not proceed because of shareholder riots), and now we have about $1.8M which compares very unfavourably with the recent valuation of about $12M and maybe as much as $30M.
Heemskirk was the one and only asset GIP had set in stone, and now it’s gone down the toilet.
Unbelievable really!
