Hey,
Just wondering. Just say that the share price by end of day today is 20 cents. In order for Cathay to "take over" wouldnt they need to atleast put in an offer at a premium price so shareholders can sell their shares to them?
I mean why would any shareholder want to sell their shares at less than what is on market.
Unless I am understanding the above incorrectly can someone please clarify?
