I accept ASIC response that rounding to 3 decimal places is common practice in venture capital and within finance world.I also accept the companies explaination. But I disagree with the extreme result of rounding, and although we aren't entitled to know all the details of the Lind agreement I am still annoyed we weren't initially informed of this condition and only found out via a 3B.

Still think the company should make an official announcement on the lease retention and in particular if an option exists to extend expiry in exchange for dollars on a month to month basis.
