a note to the class action group.
Current holders are hoping the company will produce the oil so highly anticipated a couple of years back ....inspite of many unexplained or highly questionable management decisions.
It is still possible.We live in hope that the country will deliver where management thus far has not.
I ask the CA group when seeking legal advice to get the lawyers to assess the possibilities for taking action against the financiers.....a case I believe all holders,current and past would be happy to support.As a trial case against A NUMBER OF US BASED FINANCIERS whose methods have destroyed and are destroying a number of ASX companies I have no doubt you would get thousands of supporters with a multi-billion dollar potential.
Many here know who these companies are and the way they behave.The GFC was sparked by sub-prime loans where regulators failed to restrict very questionable financing practices,I see paralles here.If the regulators dont do the job,we need the legal system to cut in.It would be interesting to see if the financing practices which promise millions to a company and infact deliver in many cases the same few hundred thousand a month.Practises that include selling down at periods of time (even single digit numbers of shares) to extract the maximum allocation,then dumping these discounted shares on the market with no regards for the company.Is that against ASX rules or national financing regulations.It feels wrong to me.I am sure if you get this happening you will be flooded with contributions.
