If it's institutional investors it may not be to bad. I would be worried if they said it was sophisticated investors (friends and neighbours of the brokers!) as they generally dump for a quick buck as soon as as they receive their shares. Hopefully institutions will be looking a bit more long term so it could help rather than decimate the SP.
