    I don't see him delivering debt financing that quickly after exercising the ATM. I also agree with skypiliot. I would not be worried yet and I certainly would not see this as a time to be selling. I am guessing we still have a week or two to wait. When the time arrives we will all be smiling. Now could in fact be a very good buying opportunity.
