Would not be surprised to see the issue restructured. It's happening everywhere at the moment and to be honest if this is the case then ZRL has no other real options. Will be an awful shame for long term, long suffering shareholders.
The LRF shareholding and debt has been a massive weight on the company at this early stage and they have had to chase assets (which in my mind they shouldn't have) in order to try and drum up interest in the stock.
I will look at what comes out, but not too positive at this stage. Needs a fresh set of eyes methinks.
