Livas1 - Nice post - please correct me if I am wrong but these small sales to lower the share price are relavent and I am not convinced it is not Bergen - my understanding is that Bergen can nominate any day over the preceeding 20 trading days to achiveve their VWAP so these trades just give them more days to choose from
