WOW indeed …
Vanguard have sold 7,060,585 shares or about 20% of their 5% total holding and M&G have sold 2% of its total holding (now down to 10%). They both remain large holders of IVA but there are a few things which still puzzle …
Why would two separate funds decide to unload large amounts of stock in the same time frame at rock bottom prices to a mystery buyer who arrives out of the blue to soak up all the selling in a very orderly manner ?
Who is the mystery buyer ?
Who were the sellers from 60c down to 14c since January where 46m shares were traded and yet none of the funds were involved ?
Most importantly … have they finished selling ?
