2013 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTORS NOMINATIONS
Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) is holding its next Annual
Meeting of shareholders on Friday 28 June 2013 at the Amora Hotel, 170
Wakefield Street, Wellington, commencing at 11.00am.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, RBD advises that the closing
date for nominations of directors is Friday 14 June 2013 (Closing Date). All
nominations must be received by 4:00pm on the Closing Date.
A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of RDB entitled to attend and
vote at the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to: The Company Secretary,
