Cyclical like most other industries.
On a completely different tangent.... considering the USA expect to become self sufficient in oil within the next decade, and we all know about the unconventional gas boom over there. Anybody wondered what the middle east is planning?..I don't recall anything I've bought recently having a "made in Saudi" tag.
