director still there

spoke to phil he was meant to go over to india two weeks ago. that is in reference to block d-7. one director is at drill site still they have just drilled another hole and will be sending core off for testing. He is ringing india today or tonmorrow things looking good still same delays but they have another high court judge now last one was putting off all the single cases. Biggest hold up is that many religious holidays this month that have hindered court proceedings. the date was set the other day but was changed because something came up. never mind at least it was scheduled so must be up the top of the list
