Baralaba is currently valued at $800M - $1000m.,(and has no relationship to the current share price). I'm guessing (and it is just a guess) that COK will be loathe to sell down their holding too far ( given the quality and profitably of the resource)(and certainly not 50% for $100m), and will try to negotiate a deal involving % stake, offtake, and perhaps stake in COK (as you suggested). ( expectation of rise in share price). I'm not qualified to guess numbers, but I have complete confidence in Mark Lochtenberg. (check his background).
