Dr. Something seems to be holding the SP. After last Ann I would have expected 2.1 or 2.0 but that didn't happen, so go figure! Trying to find a reason in my mind, I was thinking either, on the low side the SP has factored miss-haps in already. I think drilling for at least 24 hours on the wrong path with the onboard tools they have available is inexcusable and has cost us a weeks worth of expense. Or on the upside the SP capped just below the RI price so insto can scoop up more after a possible low subscription.. Just my ramblings, having said that I paid for twice my allocation yesterday. So who's the gambler...
