re: Ann: Namibia-Mean Prospective Resource Es... I think its a bit harsh to call PCL a scam, as you said, and I agree, the money is made on oilers in the run up to drilling.
I think the company is doing their best its just simply a matter of risk.
Technically maybe the area has been de risked by finding source rock etc, as mentioned by another poster.
But in my opinion the expectations of likely success has been seriously dented with the failure of Chariot and now, so far, of HRT coming on the back of failures in Kenya.
Therefore traders are simply paring their exposure in line with the perceived increased risk.
