there's nothing wrong with being conservative Kickit and you are right that we should not ignore the negatives.

I agree this Jorc update thing is long overdue. Your point the other day about the funding being partly for the overdue Jorc update if true would be a huge black mark in my book. I have said for a while that it smells with the delay and that I hope either there is a good excuse or a nice surprise

I do not like deadlines being met and worry that we are too optimistic

I guess what it comes down to for me is if this is a race then which Tin horse do I think will win the race. There are a lot of unknowns out there and some of CSDs form has been poor. However we seem to be fairly close to the finish line and I like the odds I'm getting.

CSD like any other may fall at the final hurdle but I'm prepared to gamble as most of the facts are good and the POSSIBLE returns are not shabby

time will tell and the only sure thing is that there is no such thing as a sure thing
