to move north before the end of the month

I have had a look at the chart and have read all the announcements and believe that Neo will be well up by the end of the month regardless how the market is travelling and think the down turn in the market is only temporary to push things down in October for a run in November but as most posters will say only time will tell.sell Neo by years end end look at gold stocks.Luck to all the Neo holders...Happy Days.
