Yes it is. In Qld the new LNP government forced a freeze on price rises last year but that can't last so this year we cop 22.5%. Naturally all the comrades are screaming that he has broken a promise, but my memory is that someone else made a promise and broke it and THAT was the biggest single pressure.
I may be wrong.
