2) Korda Mentha
3) Minter Ellison
4) McCullough Robertson
5) Jenny Hutson

All lawyers except Korda Mentha. How can they all be wrong?? They all
have the view that WC
is NOT a related party though there is no doubt that I know WC well!!

And get this - six (6) OCV Directors signed off on this deal - I was
only one vote. Are all
these directors negligent?
