S_s, unlikely. The LAMP is a continuous process, and has a mix of REE fed into it. It has to process all the feed in the earlier stages, so you can't say "just give me the Europium and half the Nd."
I suspect that it would be really inefficient to not complete the process for all the REE in one go. I'm sure that at the later stages you could, if you wanted to, store some partly processed individual elements after separation and before purification, but this isn't usually how these processes are designed to operate.
You definitely can't just "dial in what the client wants and then produce just that". Basically you produce 11,000tpa and sell or store as inventory.
