Looking at the performance of FML management over the last couple of years, one of the things that amazes is how does a company which has raised 100's of millions of dollars through a number of share dilutions, still manages to make such inept decisions that the SP is where it is today.
Has FML management breached its fiduciary duty obligations to shareholders through gross mismanagement of these substantial funds?
Has management been sufficiently transparent in all its dealing with shareholders?
What do other posters think about such a proposition?
