I believe there may have been some hickups in the logistics of coordinating and finalizing the deal (getting all the relevant parties together) and not the details in which are to be signed off..
Dont bout you all but the anticipation I believe has been so detrimental that once a deal is announced there will be a relief and confidence rally to follow
