51% = a controlling interest.
90% = compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares.

I choose my words carefully ...

Okay so I should've said WCC or whatever they call themselves this week.

Whether BBY hold out or not is irrelevant because after WCC own +50% of FSE shares, they'll take control of the decision making process.
