    Magna are now entitled to a seat on the board.

    They now hold 35% plus whatever entitlements they purchased on market.

    They are not selling so there is a floor on the share price.

    Now it is up to the company to improve it's performance. Magna may be able to help with that. I certainly hope so for both our sakes.
