Cell Aquaculture proceeds with US joint venture

Sydney - Thursday - October 20: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Seafood producer Cell Aquaculture Ltd (ASX code: CAQ) is proceeding with
its first joint venture into the United States.
An agreement has been signed between Cell and Taskalhart Pty Ltd
to undertake business opportunities in the southwest of the US.
The parties will initially incorporate a joint venture company
in the US for the purpose of building, installing and operating a
world-class "showpiece" Eco-cell production facility.
Shares in Cell Aquaculture fell 1c to 27c yesterday.
