The telco giant this morning moved to reassure the market that Telstra doesn't currently expect to face significant financial liability from asbestos claims.
SMH better get their facts straight before putting out misinformation and unsubstantiated claims to the market.
Fact NBN are carrying out works not Telstra.
Telstra procedures relating to asbestos removal in pits was not adhered to
So can someone enlighten me as to how Telstra could be liable for the actions of a NBN contractor?
