    Dean said Berge Helene was still in Singapore provisioning and would leave end of month. Then 26-28 days steaming to Mauritania and then a couple of weeks to pick up sub-sea connections and begin water injection then a period to test Berge Helene was oil tight. But to me that means first oil in Nov-december even if it is still only test preperations.
