Small oilers remind me of casino gambling - with NEN being 'OO' double zero on the roulette wheel.

'00' is the long-shot where the house cleans up & makes it's profits. When it comes to trend following and winning - never bet against the house. When '00' does come up it's worth the wait and having a few bob on. The longer you wait between '00's the more it's worth backing the house - because the house always wins in the end.

The wins with small oilers are few and far apart like '00's - and NEN has the distinct smell of a '00'.

IMHO for what that's worth.
