It wasn't a clock stopping but along those lines.

26th July 2010 I had heart attack symptoms.
To cut a long story short, I had a Cardiac Arrest enroute to hospital in the ambulance.

Later, my wife said the doorbell rang at 4:30pm, for an unknown reason she happened to look at the microwave clock. I enquired with the hospital what time did I arrest, 4:29pm. Close enough. The 4:30pm bell signalled me coming back.

Also...I recall being in an euphoric state but I don't recall any vision. However, I did recall a 'nagging' voice interrupting the euphoric state. I awoke to the ambulance man with a pleased and stressed look. The voice could've been him trying to get a response from me. Or it could've been a force calling me away from 'the light.' Then I saw my cut open t-shirt and he explained what happened.

Apparently only about 15% survive a CA, and that's whilst being in a medical environment.

Make of it what you want but my time wasn't up.
